1. Introduction
These Terms apply to all members, guests, players, participants, coaches, and visitors using the table tennis gym, equipment, memberships, programs, and services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enter the facility or make any payment.
2. Membership & Facility Access
- Membership approval and facility access are at the Organization's discretion. Membership may be revoked for violations of these Terms or unsafe conduct.
- Members must provide accurate personal information and keep it updated.
- Certain programs, coaching sessions, or events may require additional waivers or agreements.
- Access hours may change due to events, tournaments, maintenance, or operational needs.
3. Payments & Billing
- Payments must be made through approved methods (e-transfer, card, or online).
- Members are responsible for contacting the owner/administrator BEFORE making any payment to confirm availability, eligibility, and correct fee amounts.
- Payments made without prior confirmation are final and non-refundable.
- Minimum membership payment is 1 month. If someone joins in the middle of the month then the first month is always the end of the current month. No partial or half month payment is possible.
- Paying any membership or program fee automatically confirms acceptance of these Terms.
4. Refund & Liability Policy
4.1 No-Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to membership fees, drop-in fees, coaching fees, facility rentals, and tournament fees. No refunds will be issued for accidental, mistaken, or unauthorized payments.
4.2 Facility & Service Availability
If the gym, equipment, or programs become unavailable due to circumstances outside the Organization's control—such as emergencies, maintenance, equipment failure, weather, building issues, safety concerns, or government restrictions—the Organization is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided.
4.3 Member Responsibilities
- Follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions.
- Use tables, nets, balls, and other equipment responsibly.
- Treat staff, volunteers, and other players with respect.
- Keep the facility clean and orderly; use designated areas for food and drinks.
- Wear appropriate indoor, non-marking sports shoes and attire.
4.4 Assumption of Risk
Participation in table tennis activities carries inherent risks. Members and participants acknowledge they use the facility at their own risk. The Organization is not liable for injuries, accidents, collisions, slips, trips, falls, loss/theft of personal belongings, health incidents, or any damages arising from participation.
4.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organization, its owners, staff, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from use of the facility, interruptions to service, or actions of other members or third parties. Use of the facility constitutes acceptance of this limitation.
5. Safety & Gym Conduct
- Prioritize safety at all times. Running, horseplay, or reckless behaviour is prohibited.
- Children must be supervised by a guardian unless enrolled in an approved program.
- The Organization may remove any person creating a safety risk or disturbance.
- Only indoor, non-marking sports shoes are permitted on the playing floor.
6. Privacy Policy
The Organization is committed to protecting personal information collected from members and participants. The following summarizes how information may be handled.
6.1 Information Collected
- Name, email, phone number
- Payment and membership records
- Security camera footage (for safety and loss prevention)
6.2 How Information Is Used
Information may be used to process memberships and payments, communicate schedules or changes, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations. The Organization does not sell or trade personal data for marketing purposes.
6.3 Data Security & Sharing
Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal data. Information may be shared only when necessary for legal compliance, emergency response, or administrative operations (e.g., payment processors).
6.4 Member Rights
Members may request corrections to their personal information by contacting the Organization.
7. Property & Equipment Usage
- Members must treat tables, nets, barriers, floors, and equipment with care.
- Damages caused by negligence or misuse may result in the member being required to pay for repairs or replacement.
- Only approved equipment should be used inside the facility.
8. Third-Party Programs & Coaches
External coaches or third-party programs must be approved by the Organization. Unauthorized coaching or commercial training is not permitted without written approval.
9. Suspension or Termination
The Organization reserves the right to suspend or terminate facility access, membership, or participation for violations of these Terms or unsafe behaviour. No refunds will be issued upon termination. Serious misconduct may lead to a permanent ban.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province/state and country where the gym operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent local courts.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the table tennis gym, using the facility, participating in any activity, or making any payment—including membership fees—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund & Liability Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
